These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TraceWeather website and mobile application (formerly published as UmeWeather). By using TraceWeather, you agree to these Terms.

The service

TraceWeather provides humidity and weather information for personal, non-commercial use. Forecasts and readings are informational only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not rely on TraceWeather as the sole source for safety-critical decisions.

Brand transition

UmeWeather is being renamed TraceWeather. During the transition, store listings, package names, and in-app branding may still show UmeWeather. References to either name in these Terms refer to the same product.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our systems.
• Do not scrape or republish our content at scale without written permission.
• Do not use TraceWeather in any way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

TraceWeather name, logos, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. Weather data may be licensed from third-party providers and remains subject to their terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TraceWeather.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
