For long-term outdoor use, it is recommended to apply sunscreen skin care products with SPF between 8-12.

About UV

Ultraviolet (UV) is invisible sunlight with a shorter wavelength than violet light. It is real and penetrating even though you cannot see it. Benefits include helping the body produce vitamin D, support calcium absorption, and kill germs. Risks include tanning, sunburn, spots, wrinkles, faster skin aging, and mucous membrane damage with long-term overexposure. Tip: UV is present in daytime year-round in all seasons and weather—only the intensity changes.
